  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring, summer, and fall events. Availability can be limited during peak seasons. A 3–6 month lead time is ideal for weddings and large events.

  • We currently serve events within a 75-mile radius of Syracuse, NY. This includes the Finger Lakes, Utica, parts of Rochester, and select areas in the Southern Tier and Central New York. If your event falls just outside this range, reach out—we may be able to accommodate custom delivery.

  • Yes. Our trailers require access to a standard outdoor water spigot and a 20-amp electrical outlet. If these are not available at your site, we offer generator and water tank solutions as add-ons.

  • Our team delivers the trailer, positions it on-site, levels and stabilizes it, connects utilities, and ensures everything is fully operational. After the event, we return to handle takedown and removal.

  • Extremely clean. Each unit is meticulously sanitized before and after every rental. We also offer on-site attendants for multi-day or high-traffic events to keep the restroom spotless throughout.

  • Most trailers require a flat area approximately 10 feet wide by 20–24 feet long, with enough clearance for towing access. We can help assess your site to ensure proper fit.

  • No cleaning fee is charged under normal use. A refundable damage deposit may be required, depending on the nature of the event and rental duration.

  • We are on call during your rental period to respond quickly to any issues. For larger events, you may also request an on-site attendant for peace of mind.

  • At this time, we do not offer ADA units but are exploring options to include accessible models in our future inventory.

  • Due to ventilation and access requirements, trailers must be placed outdoors. They can, however, be positioned near tents, barns, or structures.

  • Our standard rental includes up to 8 hours on-site. Longer or multi-day rentals are available—just let us know your needs when requesting a quote.

  • Yes. Pumping and disposal are included with each rental. For multi-day events, additional pumping may be scheduled as needed.

  • Absolutely. With our optional generator and onboard water systems, we can accommodate outdoor weddings, remote venues, and construction sites.

  • Light customization is allowed. We encourage tasteful exterior signage, floral arrangements, or branded touches. Please discuss any plans with us in advance.
